Grief Share - Grief & Loss Support Group

Our first 13 week course is completed!  We now meet monthly on the first Saturday.

A Grief Share support group is a warm and welcoming space created just for you, where you can journey through grief alongside others who truly understand the complex emotions you might be experiencing. Over the course of 13 weeks, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and gain valuable insights into what’s considered “normal” when it comes to grief. Since grief doesn't follow strict stages, this group will offer you supportive tools to navigate its ups and downs, ensuring you always have dependable support by your side.
